Dharma Bliss Yoga classes are 60-minute classes geared toward beginning yoga students and average conditioning levels, where different modifications are offered and encouraged.
Dharma Bliss Yoga is a combination of still poses, dynamic poses, and relaxing poses. The still poses induce a sense of calm and flexibility, while the dynamic poses move the life-force energy and create inner heat and transformation. The relaxing poses help a person begin to meditate and go within, where Intuition and Wisdom reside.
