These classes are offered online so you can do them from the comfort of your own home.

Dharma Bliss Yoga classes are 60-minute classes geared toward beginning yoga students and average conditioning levels, where different modifications are offered and encouraged.

Dharma Bliss Yoga is a combination of still poses, dynamic poses, and relaxing poses.  The still poses induce a sense of calm and flexibility, while the dynamic poses move the life-force energy and create inner heat and transformation.  The relaxing poses help a person begin to meditate and go within, where Intuition and Wisdom reside.  

We believe that a balanced yoga class integrates effort and effortlessness, to create a non-mind space where a person can deeply and completely relax and renew.
